  My bucket utility vehicle broke down and I was referred by the local Dodge dealership to give Freedom Towing a call. After doing so I was immediately impressed. Their dispatch professional was extremely courteous, articulate and she knew her stuff. When she said she could have one of her drivers there in 30 minutes I must admit that I was thinking in my head, “that’s not happening”. Driving a heavy duty utility truck requires a bigger tow truck and my usual wait time is 2 to 3 hours in these situations. Sure enough, the driver was on time! Once again, I was impressed. After getting my vehicle hooked and strapped we were on our way.. took about ten minutes. We had about a 40 minute trip to the dealership but the driver cut my 40 minute trip in half by taking me to the enterprise rental agency on the way there. Instead of me going straight to the dealership, taking a cab to the enterprise to pick up my rental, driving back to the dealership to get my equipment out of the truck, and then driving back the other way home saved me well over an hour. The cost of the service was not excessive by any means. To be honest, I would’ve paid more because of this type of service in this field is rare. Hands-down best towing experience I’ve had and would highly recommend to anyone out there in need like I was. Five stars!

  Our tow truck driver was James “Jammer” and I can’t say enough good things. We were driving across country when we needed a tow in the middle of Pennsylvania. We knew nothing about the area. James made us feel comfortable. Made sure my car got to the right place, and made sure we got there too. He was very friendly and personable and we had great conversation on the way to the dealer. I felt like we were treated like family, and we can’t thank him enough! James we wish you well and will be singing your praises for a long time!
